Next to the Paul Moens Medicinal Plant Garden, a two-hectare park home to 120 trees of high-quality species, invites passers-by to take a stroll.
There, art enthusiasts will discover Brussels’s first permanent contemporary sculpture garden, with works by Bo Allison, Tristan Cassamajor, Pierre Culot, Gérald Dederen, Eugène Dodeigne, André Eijberg, Philippe Jacques, Anne Jones, Lambert Rocour and Michel Smolders.
The visitor is guided from sculpture to sculpture. Bronze, steel, granite, wood or brick, they are poetic and physical landmarks that enrich the park and whose features – abstract or figurative – blithely combine to reach out to the visitor.
